Swim Lessons
Saigon Aquatics Club is pleased to offer our Baby & Me swim program at ABCIS Pool (Nha Be Campus). These sessions are designed to introduce babies and toddlers to the water in a safe, supportive, and confidence-building environment, with parents actively involved throughout each lesson.

Age Range
For babies and toddlers, age 6 month to 36 months
Lesson Structure
Baby & Me lessons are delivered in a small 1:6 ratio, allowing instructors to give each family individual attention.
A parent or caregiver is in the water with their child at all times
Lessons are instructor-led, with clear guidance and gentle drills
Activities focus on water confidence, floating, movement, breath awareness, and early safety skills
Sessions are age-appropriate, structured, and engaging, using repetition, songs, and simple equipment
Parents are guided closely by the instructor, making lessons both educational and reassuring, even for families new to swimming.
Our Coaches
All Baby & Me sessions are taught by highly experienced swim coaches with strong backgrounds in:

Our coaches are trained to create a calm, positive first experience in the water, helping children build confidence while supporting parents throughout the process.
